About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform full life cycle recruitment from requisition through offer acceptance, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience throughout.
- Proactively source candidates using job boards, social media, referral networks, and recruitment events.
- Evaluate resumes, conduct initial phone/video screens, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and teams.
- Build and maintain active pipelines for qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Create compelling job postings and promote Cloudforce’s opportunities across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, Handshake, etc.).
- Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand talent needs and provide guidance on hiring best practices.
- Support and facilitate offer discussions, ensuring competitive compensation packages.
- Maintain accurate recruiting records, status reports, and documentation of recruitment activities.
- Coordinate employment verification for candidates, as needed.
- Represent Cloudforce at career fairs and recruitment-focused events; network with local education institutions to attract junior talent.
- Maintain and report on open requisition statuses.
- Assist in the coordination of internship programs, including intern recruitment.
- Periodically review recruitment practices for efficiency and scalability.
- Assist with other human resources related tasks and employee engagement events.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1-2 years of professional recruitment or project management experience, ideally with a focus on technical roles such as software developers, cloud engineers, or related disciplines.
- Working knowledge of software development and/or cloud technologies (e.g., programming languages, frameworks, Azure/AWS/GCP...) preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to source and engage passive technical talent using LinkedIn, GitHub, referrals, and other modern sourcing techniques.
- Understanding of HR practices and labor legislation.
- Effective communication, written and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Sense of urgency with the ability to respond and follow through in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ambition and motivation to achieve results.
