About the role
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives to understand client requirements and deliver tailored solutions that demonstrate Cloudforce’s value. Additionally, contribute to architecting solutions narratives that shorten sales cycles and improve close rates.
- Lead engaging product demonstrations, technical presentations, and proof-of-concept engagements using Cloudforce’s flagship generative AI platform, nebulaONE®, to translate technical capability into business value for prospective and current customers.
- Analyze customer needs, architect Cloudforce solutions, and map product features to client requirements.
- Assist with technical responses to Requests for Proposal and Requests for Information.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, acting as a trusted technical advisor and central evangelist for the platform.
- Gather and relay customer feedback to Product and Engineering teams to inform future development and enhance existing offerings.
- Help train Account Executives on Cloudforce product capabilities and competitive differentiation.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and sales collateral to support the sales process.
- Occasionally travel to customer sites, industry events, and conferences as required.

Requirements
- 2+ years in sales engineering, solutions engineering, or technical pre-sales (preferably within SaaS, Cloud, or IT industries).
- Have a passion for GenAI and familiarity with building AI Agents.
- Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills; ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product, and engineering teams.
- Experience managing client relationships and understanding business needs.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot), cloud management platforms, and productivity software.
