About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Drive the strategy and execution of Cloudflare’s global procurement technology ecosystem using Zip HQ and Oracle Fusion Cloud.
Design and optimize the global Source-to-Pay process across sourcing/intake, purchasing, and payables.
Configure Zip intake workflows and Oracle Fusion Procurement requisitioning, purchasing, and supplier portals.
Own the technical health and data flow of the Zip-to-Oracle integration for requisitions, purchase orders, supplier master data, and compliance screening.
Lead discovery sessions with Global Procurement, Legal, and Accounting and translate business policies into system logic.
Maintain Oracle as an audit-ready system of record and manage category code, cost center, and tax attribute mappings.
Manage quarterly Zip and Oracle update cycles and conduct impact assessments.
Lead adoption and governance of Oracle AI procurement agents to ensure compliant, auditable, efficient automation.

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Procurement and/or 2+ years of experience with Zip HQ
Deep understanding of the Source-to-Pay lifecycle, including PR/PO lifecycle, 3-way matching, Encumbrance Accounting, and Contract Lifecycle Management
Proven experience managing API-based integrations between Intake-to-Procure tools and Tier-1 ERPs
Ability to map complex cross-functional business processes and identify automation or bottleneck-removal opportunities
Understanding of downstream General Ledger and Accounts Payable impacts from workflow changes
Experience establishing technical standards and governing system changes in a live production environment
Experience in an organization transitioning to the Oracle Cloud Ecosystem is a plus
Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Global Trade Management is a plus
Experience with third-party supporting software such as Ironclad or Navan is a plus
Exposure to the Data Center Infrastructure industry is a plus
Relevant professional product/functional certifications, such as Oracle Cloud certifications, are a plus
Working knowledge of AI Agent Studio for Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications is a plus
For applicable roles, ability to receive technology controlled under U.S. export control laws without sponsorship for an export license
