Key responsibilities & impact

Learn and support quote-to-cash systems and integrations, including systems that support ordering, subscriptions, billing, invoices, and payments
Assist with data analysis by writing SQL queries to extract insights and support business reporting needs
Participate in documentation efforts, helping maintain functional and technical specifications
Shadow team members in responding to application alerts and production issues to understand operational processes
Contribute to QA activities by helping write and execute test cases for project and product releases
Support process improvement initiatives by documenting current workflows and identifying potential automation opportunities
Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, product, and engineering teams on assigned projects
Leverage AI tools and technologies to enhance productivity, automate repetitive tasks, and assist in data analysis

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
Basic proficiency in SQL - ability to write SELECT statements, use JOINs, GROUP BY, and aggregate functions
Foundational understanding of AI/ML concepts - familiarity with AI assistants, prompt engineering, or AI-powered tools (e.g., ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, or similar)
Eagerness to leverage AI for data analysis, automation, and problem-solving
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
Genuine curiosity and eagerness to learn new technologies, tools, and business processes
Basic understanding of business processes (coursework in accounting, finance, or business systems is a plus)
