Job Level
About the role
- Lead the product discovery and definition for internal systems, translating high-level business needs into clear technical specifications and user stories.
- Lead comprehensive user research by interviewing internal stakeholders to map out the current collaboration landscape and identify major pain points.
- Architect AI-driven document pipelines that ingest raw stakeholder inputs and output structured, standard-compliant assets such as Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Product Roadmaps, and User Personas.
- Design and validate AI-driven logic workflows and solutions—such as automated meeting synthesis, intelligent knowledge retrieval, or cross-team dependency alerts—that automatically identify and cluster similar tickets, enabling teams to manage "themes" of work rather than individual tasks.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement thoughtful automation and deliver a functional MVP (Minimum Viable Product) that integrates seamlessly into Cloudflare’s existing tool stack.
- Innovate using an AI strategy to maintain the product backlog for internal platforms, helping to make trade-off decisions between speed of delivery and feature depth based on stakeholder inputs and business value.
- Optimize the "Discovery to Development" velocity by identifying friction points in the documentation process and deploying generative solutions that reduce lag time.
- Develop validation frameworks that utilize AI to cross-reference incoming requests against existing requests and OKRs, ensuring resources are automatically prioritized for high-impact initiatives.
- Define and deploy success metrics for improvements, measuring how your solutions reduce manual triage overhead, meeting fatigue, email overhead, or information search time.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, Organizational Psychology, Engineering Management, or a related field.
- A strong conceptual understanding of Artificial Intelligence, specifically how LLMs and Natural Language Processing (NLP) can be applied to text analysis, workflow automation, text summarization, sentiment analysis, and knowledge management.
- Demonstrated understanding of the Product Management lifecycle, including requirements gathering, writing user stories, and agile/scrum methodologies.
- Ability to map out complex process flows and identify specific areas where human intervention can be replaced by logic or automation.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly.

- Health insurance
- 401(k) matching
- Flexible work hours
