About the role
- Drive the strategy, roadmap & ship products for Workers KV and Hyperdrive to enable developer full-stack applications
- Lead projects from ideation through launch, and ongoing maintenance and support
- Develop and nurture relationships with engineering and coordinate closely to ensure successful delivery of product features
- Talk to developers and build a playbook to find and engage the right users (BI tools, Discord, Twitter, Hacker News)
- Partner with Product Marketing, Marketing, Community & Developer Relations, Sales, and Customer Support to drive adoption and gather feedback
- Ruthlessly prioritize across a complex environment of diverse customers, stakeholders and objectives
- Represent the company externally with customers and prospects and perform analysis
- Delve into market research to drive new investment opportunities in the developer space
Requirements
- Outstanding communication and collaboration skills
- Execution focused with attention to important details
- Desire to sweat the details and ship great end-to-end developer experiences (APIs, UIs, docs)
- Proven track record of shipping developer-facing products from ideation to launch
- A love for talking to developers daily and building relationships with the community
- Demonstrated experience with transactional databases (Postgres, MySQL) and replication models
- A focus on the developer and experience working directly with customers
- BS/MS in a technology field
- Professional product management experience (3-4 years), previous founder experience or demonstrated experience on an engineering team shipping user-facing products
- Strong technical abilities and familiarity with modern software development practices
- Experience using developer tools (text editors, CLI tools) and being an early user of shipped products
- Programming experience (JavaScript/TypeScript, Rust, Go, etc.) and/or experience with SQL dialects
- May require authorization to receive software or technology controlled under U.S. export laws without sponsorship
