Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in a technically oriented operational role
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, etc.)
- Proven ability to design and implement processes from 0 to 1
- Familiarity with AI tooling and building workflows that utilize LLMs
- Deep familiarity with data architecture of tools like JIRA and Salesforce
