About the role
- You'll be the product manager owning the DNS Filtering business inside Cloudflare One.
- Acting as the “CEO of the Product”, you’ll be responsible for ensuring success of the product end to end.
- This includes working alongside sales, support, design, engineering, solution engineering, technical writers, and all pieces of the sales cycle.
- You will spend the most time with customers and your engineering partners.
- Support a global engineering, sales, support, customers and partners with a flexible schedule (expect North America and Western Europe engineering team engagements).
Requirements
- Technical understanding of DNS and DNS Filtering (what, why, how)
- 2-5 years working as a product/program manager shipping B2B software/services at scale
- Experience working alongside engineering, design, and other parts of a traditional SaaS business to ship products to customers
- Excellent customer facing skills (empathy, problem solving, clear and succinct communicator)
- Understanding of TCP/IP fundamentals (routing, protocols, etc.)
