About the role

  • Own reporting and analytics for Renewals and BDR performance (pipeline, funnel conversion, velocity, forecasting)
  • Support sales leadership with data for QBRs, pipeline reviews, and business updates
  • Maintain Salesforce data quality across opportunities, leads, and contacts
  • Monitor funnel progression and identify opportunities to improve conversion and velocity
  • Support sales productivity initiatives through reporting, process support, and tooling updates
  • Partner cross-functionally with Rev Ops, Marketing, Finance, and field sales operations

Requirements

  • 3+ years in Sales Ops, Rev Ops, or GTM Operations
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to turn data into recommendations
  • Hands-on Salesforce experience (reporting, dashboards, data hygiene)
  • Experience supporting BDR and/or Renewals teams
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable working with global teams; APAC experience preferred.
