About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and execute the long-term technical sales strategy with regional and country sales leaders
Drive pipeline and revenue for the Cloudflare Developer Platform
Directly manage, mentor, and grow a team of Solution Architects
Serve as primary liaison with executive leadership, Product Management, and Product Marketing
Align goals and deliver data-driven value propositions and customer stories
Manage the annual budget and make resource allocation decisions
Support alignment of business and technical value with C-Level executives at strategic customer accounts
Oversee feedback from the field and internal teams to refine the product roadmap based on customer usage and competitive intelligence

Requirements

What you’ll need

Significant experience leading technical teams, with 7+ years in technical sales of cloud computing, storage, or full-stack engineering
Proven ability to develop programs that drive sales strategy and pipeline generation in a complex technical environment
Comprehensive knowledge of modern Web Technologies, Cloud Architecture, AI/ML, and Distributed Serverless Platforms
Ability to mentor teams on Systems Design theory and practice for distributed, full-stack applications
Demonstrated success collaborating with Product, Marketing, and Sales to drive revenue and customer adoption
Resume/CV detailing experience with team leadership and technical architecture
Experience building applications or solutions using Cloudflare Workers is nice to have
Current AWS Solutions Architect or GCP Cloud Architect certification is nice to have
Strong understanding of CI/CD practices, versioning, and system integrations is nice to have
Offer may be conditioned on authorization to receive technology controlled under U.S. export laws without sponsorship for an export license
