About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, build, and maintain scalable Playwright/Cypress test automation frameworks for UI, REST APIs, and complex end-to-end user flows
Develop test strategies for Generative AI features, including response accuracy and relevance, bias detection, prompt injection vulnerabilities, and non-deterministic outputs
Analyze quality processes and conduct risk analysis
Collaborate with Product Managers, engineers, and data scientists to embed quality and preventative measures from the start
Develop methods to measure product performance, including AI model response times and production stability
Architect and implement new frontend features
Improve product performance, usability, and accessibility
Participate in technical planning and architectural decisions
Conduct code reviews and maintain high engineering standards
Mentor team members and foster continuous improvement

Requirements

What you’ll need

Deep knowledge of API testing principles and tools such as Postman
Strong understanding of QA methodologies, Agile/Scrum, and CI/CD pipelines
Proficiency in Git for version control
Expertise in JavaScript or TypeScript
5+ years of professional experience in frontend development
Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript
Expert-level experience with React, including Hooks, Context API, component optimization, and React 19
Experience with Redux Toolkit, Zustand, or similar state management tools
Ability to design scalable frontend architecture
Hands-on experience with Tailwind CSS
Solid understanding of HTML5/CSS3, responsive design, and cross-browser development
Experience integrating REST APIs
Familiarity with Webpack, Vite, SWC, or esbuild
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and code review best practices
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical issues clearly to diverse, multinational teams
Strong decision-making skills and ability to justify technical choices
High level of independence and ownership
Attention to detail and commitment to code quality
