About the role

  • Conduct training needs analyses for internal training initiatives by gathering stakeholder input, learner insights, and performance data to define effective training solutions.
  • Design end-to-end training programs, including assessments, that meet defined performance outcomes and logistical requirements.
  • Develop instructional content, job aids, and knowledge resources to support effective on-the-job performance across varied audiences and delivery methods.
  • Deliver engaging virtual and in-person training sessions, ensuring learner engagement and achievement of session objectives.
  • Organise, administer, and manage training events in accordance with approved training plans, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative data, identifying insights and implementing improvements for future cohorts.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records and provide training metrics and reports to support operational and management decision-making.
  • Conduct, moderate, and continuously improve competency assessments, providing guidance on assessment methods and tools where required.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business and learner needs, contributing to effective training solutions within defined project scope.
  • Provide guidance, feedback, and peer review support to less experienced colleagues, contributing to team capability and continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrate and apply organisational culture, values, and behaviours in all training activities.
  • Ensure full compliance with corporate policies, information security standards, and mandatory training requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in training and development or a related role.
  • Experience in designing training programs.
  • Experience in creating and delivering learning materials and sessions.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
