About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support 2 C-level executives
- Heavy calendar management
- Perform administrative duties and functions requiring confidentiality, initiative and sound decision-making
- Manage travel- arrange air/lodging/transportation, craft and maintain itineraries for designated executives, process expense reports
- Coordination and planning for meetings, conference calls and special events, including arrangement of logistics, meeting space, communications, and catering managing within a budget
- Collaborate with other administrative staff
- Support of other executives as needed
- Additional duties and projects, as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Associate/Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- At least five years of experience at a technology company preferred
- Ability to appropriately prioritize tasks and meet deadlines with minimal supervision in a fast paced environment
- Strong capacity for self-initiative and proactiveness
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with a positive and responsive attitude
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Extraordinary attention to detail with superior organizational and planning skills
- Ability to recognize and appropriately handle highly sensitive and confidential material and information
- Ability to quickly learn/adopt new technologies
- Proficient PC skills to include Gmail and Microsoft applications
- Proven ability to work effectively with a variety of different people at all levels in the organization
- Team player
- Basic graphic design skills to assist with presentations a plus
