About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing programs across email, social media, blogs, events, and content channels.
  • Create and curate social media content, including captions and original designs.
  • Develop advertising materials for social media platforms and Google Ads.
  • Analyze competitors' social media strategies to inform our own approach.
  • Produce marketing content for the website in the form of blogs, case studies, solution briefs, email campaigns, and e-books.
  • Research and identify content opportunities using community signals (Reddit, LinkedIn, industry forums) to inform topic strategy and content calendar development.
  • Produce technically specialized content on cloud, AI, and AWS services tailored for a B2B technical audience.
  • Design landing pages, marketing emails, and digital campaign assets.
  • Collaborate with AWS partners on co-branded email marketing campaigns.
  • Create infographics, solution briefs, and a well-designed company profile.
  • Design LinkedIn banners, posts, and ads.
  • Maintain and update presentation deck templates and proposal/contract templates.
  • Design templates for business reviews and other client-facing deliverables (sign-offs, documentation, etc.).
  • Collaborate on branding materials and swag kits.
  • Provide ongoing design support for ad hoc content needs.
  • Review live implementation of design assets against Figma specs, flagging discrepancies in layout, copy, and functionality for developer correction.
  • Develop content for sales and pre-sales presentations across our service lines.
  • Keep proposal and contract templates current and on-brand.
  • Nurture inbound leads from website, social, email, and other marketing channels to pass to sales.
  • Collaborate with external partners and clients on co-branded deliverables, managing alignment between internal standards and partner expectations.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in a marketing or design role, ideally within a technology company.
  • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and HubSpot.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing tools and best practices.
  • A natural storyteller with strong empathy and the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
