About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Write original, keyword-optimized content for the Cloudelligent website, including solution pages, industry pages, blogs, eBook, landing pages, case studies, solution briefs, and press releases.
- Develop and execute high-performing email campaigns to promote Cloudelligent solutions and offerings, driving engagement and awareness.
- Create compelling content for monthly newsletters and ensure consistent messaging and alignment with marketing goals.
- Develop thought leadership content on emerging technologies including Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLMs, Model Context Protocol, Agentic RAG, and CLI-driven automation.
- Translate complex technical workstreams into audience-ready content such as solution briefs, white papers, and marketing collaterals.
- Brainstorm and pitch new content ideas, storytelling formats, and content strategies that align with marketing goals.
- Ensure all content balances technical depth with brand voice, SEO, and GEO best practices, and audience engagement.
- Create sales decks, first call decks, weekly customer sprint decks, and internal training decks.
- Support client-facing artifacts including onboarding guides, SOPs, decks, and executive summaries.
- Standardize documentation formats, templates, and style guides in line with internal standards and AWS documentation conventions.
- Maintain version-controlled documentation repositories (e.g., SharePoint, Aligned).
- Craft and design engaging LinkedIn posts to strengthen Cloudelligent’s brand presence.
- Partner with engineers and designers to visualize technical concepts using diagramming tools.
- Participate in sprint planning and project reviews to keep documentation aligned with evolving project scope.
- Conduct independent research to ensure content accuracy, depth, and relevance.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Communications, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience as a Technical Content Writer or Content Strategist at a cloud-based or SaaS company.
- Proven experience writing technical documentation within an AWS cloud environment.
- Solid understanding of core AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, VPC, IAM) and cloud architectural principles.
- Demonstrated ability to work alongside engineering teams and convert technical inputs into business-consumable content.
- Skilled across content formats: solution briefs, operational docs, web copy, and social media.
- Excellent command of written English, balancing technical precision with narrative clarity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, HubSpot, and diagramming tools (i.e. Lucidchart, Visio, Draw.io).
