About the role

  • Enhance go-to-market (GTM) operations
  • Improve data governance
  • Optimize the CloudBees tech stack
  • Overcome legacy data debt for GTM accuracy and efficiency
  • Enforce data hygiene best practices across Salesforce and other GTM tools
  • Administer and integrate GTM tools (e.g., Gong, LISN, Cognism, 6sense, Vivun)
  • Drive integration, automation, and efficiency to improve system workflows
  • Provide dedicated quote support for EMEA/APAC teams
  • Assist with deal desk support and optimization, collaborating with Sales leadership
  • Help build/maintain reports/dashboards driving further visibility into pipeline health, forecasting, and KPIs
  • Monitor sales performance trends and provide insights

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a direct/indirect GTM support role
  • Strong expertise in data management, reporting GTM Tech tools (SFDC)
  • Experience managing and integrating GTM tech stacks
  • Understands the GTM Customer Lifecycle, with familiarity with sales forecasting, pipeline management, and deal desk motion
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a data-driven mindset.
  • (Desirable) Experience working in B2B SaaS or high-growth technology companies
  • (Desirable) Knowledge of automation tools and process optimization methodologies
  • (Desirable) Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
