About the role

  • Act as the technical expert and trusted advisor towards enterprise customers using Spotfire applications
  • Translate business goals into technical objectives
  • Work closely with account team members and cross-functional teams
  • Contribute community articles and specific content for product education courses
  • Continue to develop expertise and monitor trends in visual data analytics and AI tools

Requirements

  • 6-8+ years of experience with problem-solving in software environments (e.g., Spotfire, Tableau, etc.)
  • 6-8+ years of software development experience (C#, JavaScript, Python, etc.)
  • Understanding of database technologies (Postgres, Oracle, MSSQL)
  • Knowledge of cloud technologies (Kubernetes, AWS, GCP)
  • Communication and relationship-building skills
  • BSc, Master’s or higher degree in STEM
  • Proficiency in English; fluency in Korean, Japanese, or Chinese preferred
