Ensure the cloud environment supports the software engineering team's requirements.
Ensure the platform's scalability, security, and compliance.
Provide strategic leadership and technical expertise within the organization.

Requirements

Experience of Azure cloud platform and services.
Proven experience in designing and implementing Azure cloud solutions using Terraform.
Extensive experience with Azure PaaS services and PaaS offerings & their use cases
Proficient in Terraform for IaC and automation.
Expert Level Knowledge with cloud security best practices and regulatory compliance requirements.
Advanced understanding of Cloud, On-Premise, Hybrid Networking
Expert Level Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Strong scripting and programming skills (e.g., PowerShell, Azure CLI).
Ability to design, implement, and manage complex cloud architectures.
Proficient in using Azure management and monitoring tools (e.g., Azure Monitor, Azure Advisor).
Prior experience in an FCA regulated environment or similar financial industry is highly desirable.
