Sales Development Representative – HR Technologies
CloserStill MediaSales Development Representative driving top-of-funnel growth for HR Technologies. Generating qualified leads and managing the sales pipeline in a hybrid work environment.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Generating qualified meetings and opportunities through outbound prospecting and targeted account engagement
- Building and managing prospect lists aligned to our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and Tier 1 account strategy
- Using tools such as Amplemarket, LinkedIn, email, phone and video outreach to build a pipeline
- Qualifying inbound and marketing-generated leads and routing opportunities appropriately
- Supporting speed-to-lead processes and ensuring timely follow-up of all enquiries
- Working closely with Marketing to share feedback on lead quality, campaign performance and market insights
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and pipeline visibility within Salesforce
- Contributing to year-round engagement initiatives, including webinars, content campaigns, strategic partnerships and community-building activities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in an SDR, BDR, lead generation or commercial development role
- Confidence with outbound prospecting and multi-channel engagement
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- An organised, data-driven and process-oriented approach to your work
- Experience with CRM systems and sales engagement platforms (preferred)
