HR Business Partner
CloserStill MediaHR Business Partner responsible for leading HR functions for the CloserStill business in Germany. Involves managing HR operations and collaboration with leadership across various locations.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the CloserStill HR function in Germany
- Provide comprehensive generalist HR support for the CloserStill business in Germany
- Work closely with the Group HR Director and the global HR team
- Advise leaders on people strategy and organizational priorities
- Support growth, organizational design and workforce planning
- Foster a high-performance culture aligned with the group's values and objectives
- Manage the entire employee lifecycle
- Act as the primary point of contact for employees and managers on all HR matters
- Proactively recruit and conduct initial interviews
- Own compliance with German labor law and support the implementation of HR policies
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in a leadership HR role
- Comfortable operating at both strategic and operational levels, with a hands-on approach
- Solid knowledge of German labor law
- Experience working with works councils
- Experience supporting organizational change and transformations
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence at leadership level
- Experience in an international or matrix organization
- Data-driven mindset with confidence using HR systems and analyzing HR metrics
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Pragmatic, adaptable and willing to take responsibility for both strategic and day-to-day HR tasks
- Fluent in German and English
- Willingness to travel occasionally to our offices and to HR training/events
