About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the CloserStill HR function in Germany
  • Provide comprehensive generalist HR support for the CloserStill business in Germany
  • Work closely with the Group HR Director and the global HR team
  • Advise leaders on people strategy and organizational priorities
  • Support growth, organizational design and workforce planning
  • Foster a high-performance culture aligned with the group's values and objectives
  • Manage the entire employee lifecycle
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employees and managers on all HR matters
  • Proactively recruit and conduct initial interviews
  • Own compliance with German labor law and support the implementation of HR policies

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in a leadership HR role
  • Comfortable operating at both strategic and operational levels, with a hands-on approach
  • Solid knowledge of German labor law
  • Experience working with works councils
  • Experience supporting organizational change and transformations
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence at leadership level
  • Experience in an international or matrix organization
  • Data-driven mindset with confidence using HR systems and analyzing HR metrics
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Pragmatic, adaptable and willing to take responsibility for both strategic and day-to-day HR tasks
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to our offices and to HR training/events
