Key responsibilities & impact

Design and deliver Salesforce solutions aligned to business requirements, global standards, and agreed architecture.
Advise on best practices and scalable architecture that align to business operations and objectives.
Work closely with US stakeholders to gather, refine, and translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Collaborate closely with the UK Salesforce team to ensure consistency, avoid duplication, and maintain a single, aligned platform.
Develop and maintain custom Salesforce functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL.
Contribute to delivery within Agile sprint cycles, including estimation and implementation.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues using debugging tools and logs.
Ensure high-quality code through best practices and testing standards.
Work with source control and version management (e.g., Git, Gearset).
Support and follow DevOps processes, including CI/CD pipelines and deployment practices.
Support integrations between Salesforce and other systems where required, including Hubspot, Unit4, Docusign, and other platforms.
Maintain and provide clear user training and technical documentation and contribute to shared knowledge across teams.
Identify opportunities to improve system performance, scalability, and efficiency.
Lead technical and business workshops and discovery sessions.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong experience as a Salesforce Consultant or Senior Salesforce Developer.
Hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, and SOQL.
Experience working with integrated business systems such as Hubspot, ERP, Docusign and middleware platforms like Mulesoft.
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
Experience with source control (e.g., Git, Gearset).
Familiar with DevOps and CI/CD practices.
Experience working in Agile environments.
Strong stakeholder communication skills.
Positive attitude and strong team collaboration.
