About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design and deliver Salesforce solutions aligned to business requirements, global standards, and agreed architecture.
- Advise on best practices and scalable architecture that align to business operations and objectives.
- Work closely with US stakeholders to gather, refine, and translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Collaborate closely with the UK Salesforce team to ensure consistency, avoid duplication, and maintain a single, aligned platform.
- Develop and maintain custom Salesforce functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL.
- Contribute to delivery within Agile sprint cycles, including estimation and implementation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues using debugging tools and logs.
- Ensure high-quality code through best practices and testing standards.
- Work with source control and version management (e.g., Git, Gearset).
- Support and follow DevOps processes, including CI/CD pipelines and deployment practices.
- Support integrations between Salesforce and other systems where required, including Hubspot, Unit4, Docusign, and other platforms.
- Maintain and provide clear user training and technical documentation and contribute to shared knowledge across teams.
- Identify opportunities to improve system performance, scalability, and efficiency.
- Lead technical and business workshops and discovery sessions.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong experience as a Salesforce Consultant or Senior Salesforce Developer.
- Hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, and SOQL.
- Experience working with integrated business systems such as Hubspot, ERP, Docusign and middleware platforms like Mulesoft.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with source control (e.g., Git, Gearset).
- Familiar with DevOps and CI/CD practices.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Strong stakeholder communication skills.
- Positive attitude and strong team collaboration.
