About the role
- Manage the Paid Search program for 1-2 complex clients as a highly integrated member of a client team
- Develop a deep understanding of assigned clients’ businesses and priorities
- Build, launch, and meticulously optimize clients’ digital advertising accounts
- Proactively monitor account performance, identify optimization and growth opportunities, and implement changes
- Analyze account data, compile reports, and produce data visualizations
- Forecast budgets and outcomes and be accountable for budgeting and pacing
- Identify advanced advertising strategies and sell those strategies to clients
- Manage budget allocation and pacing across channels and initiatives
- Participate in client meetings and provide communications for assigned ad channels
- Manage client expectations via clear, concise, strategic communications
- Research and stay abreast of trends in digital advertising
- Mentor ad coordinators and participate in team collaboration via meetings and Slack
- Participate in or lead audits of ad accounts for prospects and complete peer reviews of current client accounts
- Ensure compliance with Closed Loop’s Information Security Policy and secure company/client data
Requirements
- 7 or more years of experience designing and managing paid advertising campaigns to specific ROI goals
- B2B experience and/or agency experience is a big plus
- Hands-on experience with multiple advertising platforms (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads are essential; Meta, LinkedIn, and others a plus)
- Experience managing ALL facets of digital advertising campaigns
- Experience making effective pitches/presentations to key decision makers
- Experience leading meetings and proactively managing client/stakeholder relationships
- Experience with data analysis, visualization and presentation
- Experience using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.)
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Ability to quickly learn new software applications
- Must be U.S. based (U.S. only role)
- Must be CST or EST-based
