About the role
- Serve as the senior strategic Paid Social lead on one or more highly complex, strategic client accounts across Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, Pinterest, etc.
- Proactively monitor account performance, identify opportunities for optimization and growth, and implement changes
- Lead analysis of weekly and quarterly performance and trends, and set client expectations via clear, concise, strategic communications
- Create ongoing and ad hoc reporting deliverables with actionable insights informed by channel best practices and past learnings
- Work with complex data sets to analyze campaign performance, uncover insights, and drive optimizations
- Provide clients with best practices on creative specific to funnel-stage and media tactics
- Track target audiences' media consumption and competitors, providing insights and recommendations
- Identify testing needs, develop test plans, execute tests, and report on findings
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior clients and C-suite executives, advocating for holistic full-funnel media strategies
- Drive innovation in channel mix, targeting, and measurement; refine approach based on data and trends
- Manage and coach a team of Digital Ad Managers and/or Coordinators including day-to-day work and professional development
- Ensure service delivery excellence and provide feedback on client deliverables and Quarterly Business Reviews
- Serve as point of escalation for employee or client issues and be integrated with broader client services team
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience designing and managing Paid Social advertising campaigns with large budgets & complex strategies
- B2B experience and/or agency experience is a must
- Experience leading digital advertising teams (preferably at an agency)
- Strong understanding of full-funnel planning—balancing brand-building with performance marketing
- Hands-on experience with multiple advertising platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, Pinterest, etc.)
- Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills—able to articulate ideas persuasively on paper and in a room
- Client-facing leadership experience, with a track record of selling through strategies to executive stakeholders
- Experience working cross-functionally with creative, data, and tech teams
- Experience using analytics tools (Google Analytics)
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Must be U.S. based (U.S. BASED ONLY) with a strong preference for EST
