About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage a portfolio of clients with medium to high strategic importance
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a consultative relationship
Conduct international remote interactions and strategic post-sales support
Develop and deliver training on methodology, products, and services, in Spanish when required
Analyze market audit data and generate strategic insights
Develop recommendations for tactical and strategic projects
Address and resolve complex technical requests from clients
Coordinate alignments with internal teams (Commercial and Operations) to deliver solutions
Support management on strategic and operational matters within the area
Ensure confidentiality of client information
Lead meetings and presentations in Spanish with regional stakeholders
Work in alignment with regional and/or global teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in related fields such as Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Statistics, or related areas
Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI, Access) – Advanced
Advanced data analysis and information interpretation
Critical thinking and strategic vision
Executive communication and presentation skills
Planning and prioritization of tasks
Advanced Spanish
Preferred: practical experience (meetings, presentations) and experience with multinational or regional clients
