About the role

  • Define and evolve the frontend architecture, ensuring reusability, modularity and alignment with business requirements.
  • Design integrations between React applications and Salesforce platforms (native or Veeva CRM), ensuring security, performance and an excellent user experience.
  • Lead technology, framework and library selection, assessing trade-offs and promoting controlled innovation.
  • Establish coding standards, best practices and technical governance for the frontend team.
  • Develop reusable, scalable interfaces with React.js, focusing on performance and usability.
  • Collaborate with backend, design and product teams to implement solutions aligned with healthcare industry needs.
  • Conduct refactoring, automated testing and code reviews, promoting continuous improvement.
  • Research and propose innovative solutions for performance, integration and scalability challenges.
  • Maintain clear and up-to-date technical documentation.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of frontend development experience, with at least 3 years using React.js on complex projects.
  • Proven experience with integrations involving Salesforce (native or Veeva), preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Advanced proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3 and libraries such as Axios, React Router, etc.
  • Ability to read and write SQL queries for structured data analysis.
  • Experience with version control (Git/GitHub) in collaborative workflows.
  • Proactive attitude, strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
  • Nice-to-haves (considered a strong plus):
  • - Experience with React Native for mobile development.
  • - Knowledge of C# and .NET for backend API integration.
  • - Familiarity with Snowflake or other cloud analytical databases.
  • - Experience with design systems and reusable components.
  • - Salesforce (e.g., Platform Developer, Application Architect) or Veeva certifications.
  • - Experience with microservices, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and event-driven architectures.
  • - Background working in agile methodologies and large-scale multidisciplinary teams.
