About the role
- Design and deliver UI screens in alignment with the company’s design system
- Collaborate with product managers, business teams, and developers to translate requirements into effective design layouts
- Ensure consistency through component-based structures and scalable design practices
- Work closely with developers to provide detailed designs and handoffs via Figma
- Create and maintain documentation for design guidelines when necessary
- Contribute to visually consistent, user-friendly, and scalable interfaces across CLO Virtual Fashion products and platforms
Requirements
- Proficiency in Figma (Auto Layout, components, libraries)
- Experience in using or building a design system
- Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design
- A strong, structured portfolio demonstrating clean UI design work
- Solid understanding of visual hierarchy and web-based UI principles
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and work independently
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field (preferred)
- Experience designing SaaS or B2B platforms (preferred)
- Basic understanding of UX structure and user flows (preferred)
- Previous experience working with multinational or remote teams (preferred)
- Should be a citizen of India
- Should be in Bengaluru or willing to move to Bengaluru
- Applications with CLO portfolio/experience are a plus
