• Prototype analytical tools and methods developed by the engineering and analytics teams, prior to production deployment
• Implement automation scripts and workflows that support renewable energy analysts in their day-to-day work
• Test analytical outputs against real asset data, validate logic, flag anomalies, document findings
• Collaborate with senior developers and analysts to iterate quickly on prototypes based on feedback
• Contribute to internal technical documentation for prototyped tools and methods
• Participate in sprint planning and scoping to understand priorities and timelines
• Surface practical observations from prototyping work that improve the final product

• Design and develop new internal and client-facing systems and features to support the automated delivery of Clir’s renewable energy intelligence
• Build and integrate AI-powered features and tools that enhance the productivity and experience for Clir’s customers

• Collaborate with product management and team leadership to scope and size upcoming projects

• Customer journey coordination
• Own the day-to-day tracking of customer journeys across a portfolio of European accounts
• Coordinate deliverables, timelines, and internal handoffs so CSMs can focus on relationships and outcomes
• Document customer milestones, expectations, and progress, keeping everything current and visible
• Triage incoming customer issues and requests, assess urgency, route to the right team, and track to resolution
• Partner with technical and product teams to move blockers and close gaps quickly
• Maintain clear communication with customers on status and next steps
• Support CSMs with data pulls, platform analysis, and interpretation of customer performance
• Help translate technical findings into clear, actionable summaries for customers
• Identify patterns across accounts that surface product gaps or expansion opportunities
• Work closely with Business Development, Product, and Engineering to align on customer needs
• Surface customer insights internally to inform roadmap and delivery priorities
