About the role
- Provide L2/L3 support for SAP Field Service Management (FSM) integrated with SAP ECC/S4 HANA
- Monitor and resolve system incidents and service requests within defined SLAs
- Ensure smooth data replication of Service Orders, Business Partners, Materials, and related objects
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration errors such as IDocs and web services
- Perform user administration and license monitoring within the FSM platform
- Provide mobile application support for field technicians and dispatchers
- Conduct system health checks and KPI monitoring to ensure system stability
- Troubleshoot synchronization and data integration issues between FSM and SAP systems
- Support system upgrades and Proaxia connector patch implementations
- Implement minor enhancements and configuration changes
- Ensure system compliance, documentation, and audit readiness
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in SAP Field Service Management support
- Strong knowledge of SAP FSM integration with SAP ECC or S4 HANA
- Experience working with the Proaxia FSM Connector
- Hands-on experience in IDoc and web service troubleshooting
- Understanding of data replication and synchronization processes
- Experience in incident management and production support environments
- Knowledge of FSM mobile applications and field technician workflows
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
