About the role

  • Provide end-to-end application support and drive system enhancements within SAP environments.
  • Ensure stable SAP operations, resolving complex technical and functional issues.
  • Optimize Sales & Distribution processes across integrated systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver enhancements, manage system integrations, and ensure high-quality releases while maintaining operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • 8–11 years of experience in SAP SD support and project delivery.
  • Strong exposure to SAP S/4HANA and SAP Fiori environments.
  • Deep expertise in SAP SD configuration and downstream processes.
  • Experience in system integration and interface monitoring.
  • Knowledge of SAP Transportation Management (TM) is an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow or JIRA.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
