About the role
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and non-IT positions
- Collaborate closely with Team Leader and clients to source, screen, and hire top talent
- Identify quality candidates using multiple channels
- Coordinate interviews, handle negotiations, ensure timely delivery of recruitment metrics
- Maintain timely reporting of recruitment metrics (weekly, monthly, quarterly) to clients and senior management
- Collaborate with the Team Leader to close open requirements effectively.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of recruitment experience
- Proven experience in recruitment agencies or IT companies hiring for client requirements.
- Strong knowledge of job portals like Naukri , Monster, Shine for job posting and bulk emailing.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn, Facebook, and other social hiring techniques.
- Experience in hiring for at least 2 IT domains such as programming languages (Java, Python, .NET), Data Engineering, Cloud/DevOps, Testing, etc.
- Experience working in a collaborative team environment.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment tracking systems.
