About the role
- Provide expert functional support for SAP PP, QM, and PM processes
- Manage incidents, perform root cause analysis, and resolve functional and technical issues
- Deliver system enhancements through SAP customizing and configuration
- Perform ITC/NRT testing and manage transport requests
- Support SAP S/4HANA and FIORI environments
- Collaborate with ABAP developers for technical fixes and developments
- Manage SAP integrations (RFC, iDocs, XML) with production and WMS systems
- Understand and support integration points with MM, EWM, FICO, and SD modules
- Engage with business users to gather requirements and provide effective solutions
- Maintain documentation and ensure adherence to KPIs
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and prevent recurring incidents
- Mentor junior team members and promote knowledge sharing
- Work with Service Desk tools such as ServiceNow and JIRA
Requirements
- 7-9 years of experience in SAP PP, QM, and PM modules
- Experience in SAP IT application support and change request management
- Expertise in S/4HANA and FIORI
- Strong knowledge of SAP system integrations (RFC, iDocs, XML)
- Experience collaborating with ABAP developers
- Good understanding of cross-module integrations (MM, EWM, FICO, SD)
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities
- Experience using ServiceNow and JIRA
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
