About the role
- Support intelligent automation initiatives across enterprise processes
- Analyse business processes through documents, meetings, recordings, and stakeholder discussions
- Identify process inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and automation opportunities
- Create clear and detailed Process Definition Documents (PDDs) for RPA solutions
- Design optimised workflows to support automation using best practices
- Work closely with automation engineers to clarify requirements and mapped processes
- Support automation design and build activities through continuous collaboration
- Ensure timely completion of documentation to avoid delivery delays
- Provide ongoing clarification and support throughout the automation lifecycle
- Contribute to standard templates, documentation quality, and process improvements
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in automation, RPA, or digital transformation initiatives
- Strong expertise in business process analysis, documentation, and optimisation
- Hands-on experience creating PDDs for Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions
- Familiarity with intelligent automation concepts, including RPA and AI-driven solutions
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote delivery environment
