About the role
- Provides operational and administrative support to Media Sales Consultants (MSCs).
- Creates client contracts (CPQs) and processes payment consents.
- Coordinates artwork and client approvals through Salesforce.
- Acts as a liaison between clients, sales, and operations, ensuring timely execution of campaigns.
- Monitors campaign documentation and maintains data integrity across systems.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in sales coordination, client service, or operations support.
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence interacting directly with clients.
- Competency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
