About the role
- Manually review every sales contract for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to internal standards.
- Confirm that all required fields, terms, and supporting information are present and correctly formatted.
- Check for consistency across contract versions, templates, and associated account records.
- Flag discrepancies, missing information, or legal/compliance issues before contracts move to billing.
- Communicate directly with Sales, Sales Ops, and Billing to resolve issues quickly.
- Maintain a high-volume review queue while meeting strict turnaround times.
- Track error patterns and partner with Sales Ops to improve templates, processes, and workflows.
- Maintain accurate logs and audit trails for internal reporting.
- Take full ownership of the quality of every contract that passes through your hands.
- Complete outbound and follow-up outreach to customers to collect missing information, clarify contract details, and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain and update internal trackers and audit logs to monitor contract status, customer outreach progress, error trends, and resolution timelines, ensuring accuracy and accountability.
