About the role
- Own and innovate the buyer experience for Clip's digital payment services, focused on bill payments and mobile top-ups
- Define product vision and strategy for buyer experience and set product roadmap
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute and launch new products and enhancements
- Conduct user research and market analysis to identify opportunities and become expert on Mexican users
- Create simple, intuitive, and reliable user experiences
- Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders across engineering (multiple global offices), marketing, and operations
- Own key metrics, use data to inform decisions, and drive product growth
- Serve as key product liaison with external bill payment and recharge partners
- Work closely with international technology and business teams to deliver products for millions of users in Mexico
Requirements
- 5+ years of Product Management experience at a tech company
- Direct experience in Fintech, E-commerce, or the Payments Industry (strong preference for bill payments, recharges, or user-facing payment products)
- Proven ability to work effectively with international, distributed teams across multiple time zones
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field or relevant experience
- Experience owning end-to-end product lifecycle, product roadmaps, and defining feature priorities
