About the role

  • Support the Clio Snacks Marketing Team in growing and engaging our brand community across social media and ambassador channels
  • Focus on creating social media content and fostering two-way conversations with our audience
  • Assist the broader marketing team as needed
  • Create engaging content for Clio Snacks TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
  • Monitor social platforms daily and respond to comments, tags, and direct messages in Clio’s brand voice
  • Drive outbound engagement by actively connecting with other brands, creators, and communities
  • Support community growth by identifying new engagement opportunities
  • Manage Clio’s brand ambassador program through active engagement in ambassador chats
  • Contribute creative ideas to enhance and evolve Clio’s ambassador program

Requirements

  • High school diploma or more
  • Junior or Senior currently enrolled in a college program, preferably with a focus on marketing or communications
  • Experience or understanding of how to work and collaborate with a remote, distributed team
