About the role
- Develop and implement growth-focused go-to-market plans aligned with product launches
- Conduct customer and product research to generate hypotheses
- Craft compelling messaging, content, and assets that educate users
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Product Marketing, and Customer Success
- Analyze and report on the performance of in-app campaigns and growth initiatives
Requirements
- 5+ years in marketing, preferably in product growth or product marketing management
- Knowledge of product communication tools and experience with Pendo
- Proficient in using analytics platforms
- Ability to take ideas, ground them in strategy, and design effective tactical approaches
- Strong organisational skills and flexibility in structuring work
