About the role
- Define and lead Clio’s highest-priority GTM programs, from problem framing through delivery and outcomes.
- Drive alignment across senior leaders, resolving tradeoffs and competing priorities.
- Develop and evaluate options using deep qualitative and quantitative analysis to shape decisions.
- Act as a trusted thought partner to executives, crafting narratives, recommendations, and decision frameworks.
- Improve how Clio runs GTM programs by designing scalable processes, governance, and execution models.
Requirements
- 8–10+ years of experience in Program Management, Management Consulting, Revenue Operations, or Strategy roles in high-growth or enterprise environments.
- Demonstrated success leading ambiguous, company-critical initiatives with broad organizational impact.
- Experience with acquisition integrations, Q2C transformations, or large-scale GTM change strongly preferred.
- Demonstrate a keen interest in improving your craft by using AI
