About the role

  • Define and lead Clio’s highest-priority GTM programs, from problem framing through delivery and outcomes.
  • Drive alignment across senior leaders, resolving tradeoffs and competing priorities.
  • Develop and evaluate options using deep qualitative and quantitative analysis to shape decisions.
  • Act as a trusted thought partner to executives, crafting narratives, recommendations, and decision frameworks.
  • Improve how Clio runs GTM programs by designing scalable processes, governance, and execution models.

Requirements

  • 8–10+ years of experience in Program Management, Management Consulting, Revenue Operations, or Strategy roles in high-growth or enterprise environments.
  • Demonstrated success leading ambiguous, company-critical initiatives with broad organizational impact.
  • Experience with acquisition integrations, Q2C transformations, or large-scale GTM change strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrate a keen interest in improving your craft by using AI
