About the role
- Coordinate logistics for industry shows: shipping swag, booking hotels and flights, researching venues and event activations, and organizing marketing materials and campaigns
- Assist with programmatic planning for virtual events: use project management tools to organize emails, landing pages, and supporting series
- Support partnerships team: reporting, partner onboarding and communications, project management, shipping and logistics, administrative tasks
- Perform administrative tasks across Affinity Team: website and knowledge management maintenance, consolidation of reports, expense reconciliation, project management assistance
- Work with ClioCon stakeholders: attendee/speaker/sponsor email correspondence, project management assistance, report consolidation, volunteer enablement and coordination
- Communicate status and results of multiple projects within the team
- Participate in brainstorming sessions around event development and program strategy
- Maintain resources for internal teams on key data points about Strategic Engagement programs and share information frequently
Requirements
- 1-2 years of relevant professional experience in marketing, events, or partnerships
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to create own processes and prioritize competing deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; unafraid of asking questions
- Care about working as a team and supporting the growth of marketing programs
- Interest in working in a fast-paced, high-volume, data-driven environment
- Tech-savvy and able to learn new software quickly
- Bonus: Interest in or exposure to the legal industry
- Bonus: Familiarity with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Forms, Slides) and Slack
- Ability to support multiple stakeholders and manage logistics and administrative tasks
