About the role
- Engage with legal professionals at elite law firms and corporate legal departments to understand processes, challenges, and opportunities for AI-driven improvement
- Lead consultative discussions and tailored demonstrations of Clio’s AI-driven solutions to improve specific legal workflows
- Partner with Account Executives to understand client needs, influence buying decisions, and guide AI adoption journeys
- Design and run high-impact pilots of new technologies with customers, ensuring engagement, adoption, and measurable outcomes
- Define pilot success criteria: outcomes, practice areas, and legal work demonstrating scalable value
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior partners, practice leads, and operations managers to drive adoption
- Help customers navigate cultural, behavioral, and process changes from pilot to full-scale rollout
- Collaborate with marketing to create content and messaging showcasing real-world AI success stories
- Serve as the Voice of the Customer by sharing insights with product and sales teams to improve AI solutions
- Stay informed about AI trends, legal technology innovations, and best practices and share expertise internally and externally
Requirements
- JD or equivalent legal qualification
- At least 3 years of experience at a top-tier law firm (AmLaw 100 or equivalent)
- 4–6 years of professional experience preferred (flexible for exceptional candidates)
- Additional experience in legal operations, innovation, or change management is a strong plus
- Proven ability to engage, influence, and build trust with senior legal stakeholders
- Outstanding presentation and facilitation skills, comfortable addressing legal and executive audiences
- Strong understanding of legal workflows, processes, and cultural dynamics in elite law firms and corporate legal departments
- Consultative, solutions-focused mindset with curiosity about AI transforming legal research, drafting, and analysis
- Experience in technology, consulting, sales, or other client-facing roles is a strong plus
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where priorities shift
