About the role

  • Act as a Strategic Advisor: Partner with Account Executives to lead discovery sessions with small and mid-sized law firms.
  • Show, Don't Just Tell: Design and deliver tailored, live product demonstrations of the Clio platform.
  • Navigate the AI Frontier: Articulate Clio’s AI vision, helping firms understand automation for efficiency.
  • Architect Solutions: Convert complex technical requirements into tangible business value.
  • Collaborate Cross-functionally: Translate field insights into actionable user stories for internal teams.
  • Scale the Expertise: Mentor broader sales organization and lead internal training sessions.
  • Drive Industry Change: Speak with authority on the business and ethics of legal tech.

Requirements

  • A Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent legal degree.
  • 2+ years of legal practice experience.
  • A passion for legal tech.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Problem-solving DNA.
  • Familiarity with the legal stack.
  • Previous experience in Solutions Consulting, Sales, or Legal Technology implementation (bonus).
  • Active involvement in legal innovation communities or bar association technology committees (bonus).
  • A strong 'AI Point of View' (bonus).
