- Develop and own the global talent acquisition strategy
- Lead and scale a global TA function spanning various recruiting fields
- Build and operationalize a long-range talent roadmap
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a global team of TA leaders and recruiters
- Act as a trusted advisor to executives and senior leaders
- Maintain a deep pulse on global talent markets
Requirements
- Proven experience leading talent acquisition strategies
- Strong experience in Executive Search and diverse hiring strategies
- Ability to mentor and coach a global team
- Demonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement and influencing decision-making
- Strong knowledge of market trends in talent acquisition
- Data-driven mindset with experience in TA analytics
