- Support the design and implementation of AI pilot programs
- Drive internal transformation efforts to increase program impact through AI
- Contribute to global market shaping initiatives
- Define user requirements and product specifications for AI-enabled tools
- Project manage technology initiatives from concept through launch
- Rapidly prototype and test AI-enabled solutions
- Develop presentations and materials to communicate AI strategy and progress
- Monitor the evolving AI landscape
- Support fundraising and donor engagement efforts
- Travel internationally 20-40% of the time
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent and at least 5 years of relevant professional experience
- Passion for and demonstrated expertise in AI
- Demonstrated experience in product management, technical consulting, or technology project management
- Strong technical translation skills
- Demonstrated expertise in modern AI tools and platforms
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and quantitative skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally 20-40% of the time
