About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own end‑to‑end delivery of large, complex, multi‑year integration programs
Utilize AI‑enabled planning and collaboration tools to develop, maintain, and actively manage integrated master program plans across multiple workstreams, products, and functional teams
Apply predictive analytics, historical delivery data, and AI‑assisted insights to proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues impacting delivery
Facilitate executive‑level decision making by framing tradeoffs, options, and recommendations with clarity and data
Provide consistent, high‑quality program reporting on milestones, dependencies, risks, and delivery health to senior and executive leadership
Own the multi‑year integration strategy and roadmap
Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to define integration approaches, sequencing, and data migration strategies
Ensure integration initiatives deliver measurable outcomes including ARR retention, reduced churn risk, improved scalability, and reduced cost‑to‑serve

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Healthcare, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum 7 years of progressive program or project management experience delivering complex software programs, including large initiatives with hundreds of tasks, multiple dependencies, and strict deadlines
Demonstrated experience leading enterprise scale integrations or platform transitions
Demonstrated experience using AI‑enabled tools to support program delivery, analytics, automation, or operational decision‑making in a software or technology‑driven environment
Strong Program and Project Management skills; professional certification preferred
Experience delivering SaaS products within complex or regulated environments
Direct experience with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) is required
