About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide Implementation Services to our customers using Clinisys solutions.
Deliver multiple tasks such as Business analysis, data architecture and Gap Fit Workshops, Configuration, unit testing and validation support.
Work with the project manager (in the case of a project) or with the customer services manager, following their guidance and planning.
Make proposals and identify technical risks, communicating them to the project manager.
Prepare your actions, as well as relevant documents, if applicable.
Ensure your work is properly documented in MIA.
Deliver the project tasks assigned to you according to the project plan and budget to the satisfaction of our customers.
Take full responsibility for all functional and/or technical aspects of the tasks assigned to you.
Keep the project manager informed about the status of the tasks assigned to you.
Demonstrate flexibility and undertake business trips to support clients on-site with project implementation.
Manage and implement small projects or sub-projects.
Carry out customer training.
Act as the internal and external interface between the customer and development department.
Organise and implement handovers (internal and external) in the context of project implementation.
Carry out update and upgrade projects.
Support the support department and coordinate with the Customer Services Manager.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience.
Alternatively IT Technical training and experience in medical laboratory processes.
Experience in the implementation of laboratory information systems.
Experience with laboratory processes and organisation.
Experience in the field of Genetics
Knowledge of common IT applications Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) or Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS).
Healthcare communication standards such as HL7, ASTM, IHE.
Operating systems, networking, virtualization.
Fluent in German and one second language (English, French or Dutch).
Strong motivational skills
Can deliver the tasks in difficult circumstances.
High level of commitment and ability to take action when necessary.
Inventive and solution oriented, hands-on and can-do attitude.
Punctual and quality minded.
Good communication skills: presentation, pedagogic and demonstration competencies.
Ability to work both independently as in a team.
