Deliver implementation or consulting projects to achieve successful on-time schedule completion and client satisfaction.
Provide clients with mentorship and advice for workflow planning.
Drive the adoption of standard methodologies for customer return on investment.
Conduct training for the client as part of the overall post implementation/upgrade process.
Resolve project issues or determine when escalation to senior staff or management is required.
Collaborate with and mentor other Professional Services Consultants.

Requirements

Bachelor of Science in Healthcare or Information Technology or related degree, or equivalent experience in the field
3+ years of experience in Life Sciences, Toxicology, or Environmental
5 years experience with laboratory information management systems or Clinisys software products and one year working with Clinisys applications (preferred)
1+ years experience with programming languages (C#, Java, Python, etc)
1+ years of experience working in a consulting or implementation environment
Experience or exposure to utilizing AI tools, like Co-Pilot, to streamline processes and communication
