About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the practical delivery of clinical data projects
- Help build and maintain electronic data capture systems for high-quality clinical data collection
- Translate study requirements into user-friendly electronic forms
- Support testing and validation
- Investigate data issues
- Help ensure systems are accurate, compliant and fit for purpose
- Progressively take ownership of more complex work
- Solve technical challenges and identify process improvements
- Work alongside colleagues across the Real-World Data team
- Report to the RWD Database Programmer Lead and develop through hands-on mentoring
Requirements
What you’ll need- Recent graduate or 1–2 years’ experience in data, technology, life sciences, clinical research or a related environment
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn

- Proactive attitude and willingness to contribute ideas
- Analytical and detail-oriented approach
- Adaptability and openness to new ways of working
