About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Initial point of contact for UAT Testing requirements, representing Managed Access in a positive and supportive light to all internal and external stakeholders.
- Management of UAT schedules and deliverables – ensuring handoffs as necessary.
- Work with IT Business Systems Analysts managing UAT & post technical delivery.
- Active participation in discovery workshops, work with teams to determine the impact of process/solution change.
- Working with hand offs to the MA Digital team (OPA field team).
- Maintenance of training/scripts material, in line with solutioning.
- Comply with the change management process and ensure this is understood by your colleagues.
- Develop effective working relationships with other SME’s to maintain consistency of approach across teams and knowledge share.
- Provide evidence to Program team (i.e. Screen shots) for Client education
Requirements
What you’ll need- Demonstrable level of experience in ERP / CD an associated supporting technology platforms/testing environments.
- Experience with UAT, script writing and execution.
- Be able to evidence a heightened sense of commercial & business awareness and an understanding of how to apply this.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confidentiality.
