About the role

  • Lead the planning and execution of events, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives
  • Build and manage comprehensive event timelines, ensuring visibility and predictability
  • Act as the primary interface between Events, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success (CS) and other involved departments
  • Develop structured briefs for event campaigns and activations
  • Manage strategic suppliers, ensuring quality, cost control and deadlines
  • Oversee the production and setup of booths/exhibitions and activations
  • Ensure execution of the operational plan during events (on site)
  • Identify risks and propose quick, effective solutions
  • Support continuous improvement of the department's processes

Requirements

  • Solid experience in event management
  • Experience organizing and executing events
  • Ability to structure and lead briefings
  • Experience in supplier/vendor management
  • Strong communication skills and stakeholder management
  • Analytical and organized profile
