About the role

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications, working on both front-end and back-end.
  • Participate in architectural decisions, contributing to standards, best practices, and the technological evolution of applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, QA, and infrastructure) to translate business requirements into efficient technical solutions.
  • Ensure code quality by applying development best practices, conducting code reviews, and implementing automated tests.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvements in performance, security, scalability, and observability of applications.
  • Analyze and resolve complex issues, supporting the team in root cause identification and remediation.
  • Contribute to the technical growth of the team by sharing knowledge and mentoring less experienced developers.
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from planning to deployment and production monitoring.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
  • Experience in Full Stack development, covering both front-end and back-end.
  • Experience working on large-scale, complex projects.
  • Familiarity with agile software development methodologies.
  • Experience with payment systems.
  • Experience with integrated systems.
  • Knowledge of financial domains.
  • Experience with Node.js.
  • Experience with JavaScript.
  • Experience with React.
  • Knowledge of microservices and distributed systems architecture.
  • Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases (e.g., MySQL and Firebase).
  • Interpersonal skills: ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to solve complex problems effectively.
  • Relevant software development certifications are a plus.
  • Intermediate English.
  • Experience with Google Cloud.
  • Knowledge of mobile development.
  • Familiarity with other programming languages.
